About Rubayed Zahir
I have completed my bachelor studies in engineering. I am a physics student and also teaching physics from 2012 to now. I am teaching my meditation techniques to my students too. I am still a student of physics, mysticism, and meditation. I am trying to spread my knowledge to others to enlighten their life.

My teaching is a mix of various meditation techniques I have learned over the years from various masters. My teaching is heavily influenced by eastern meditation techniques including Patanjali yoga, dynamic meditation, Kriya yoga, Vipassana, and various others. My teaching will help you to understand yourself, your body, your mind, your consciousness. It will help you to overcome your problems and succeed in your day-to-day life. Most importantly it will improve your happiness level.
