I am a certified Immersive Coach, Guided Meditation Facilitator, and Chopra meditation Instructor.
I earned a Bachelors degree in American Ethnic Studies from University of Washington.

Hi I’m Heddy.
I help people achieve their goals and find more satisfaction in life. I use a unique, relaxing, and effective method to assist my clients in their personal transformations.
Sessions include:
• intake form
• custom guided meditation
• writing prompts
• time to capture insights that arise in the session
• home “play”
My clients find relief from feeling:
• stress or overwhelm
• that life is passing them by
• unfulfilled in job/career or relationships
• a lack of meaning or purpose in life
• difficulty navigating life change
Sometimes negative past life experiences can continue to challenge our potential. If something is keeping you from the life you have envisioned, it may be time for change.
From your first session you can start to move beyond the life experiences that continue to show up as obstacles to an rewarding, satisfying life. You deserve it!
