About Ingrid
The focus of the class is the student's well-being, and the pursuit of his/her objective. We start with warm ups, technical exercises, choreography and stretching.
The student defines his or her goal (learn to dance, get loose, have a relaxing time, disconnect from problems, have fun!). Whatever the objective, the class is designed to bring out the best for the student.

I'm Ingrid Marques, dancer and actress, graduated in Musical Theater at SESI/SP and with extensive training and experience in the field of dance.
