About Valerie

I have been a Foods teacher for 16 years in the public school system, guiding youth through the basics of cooking and baking and towards proficiency in cooking and baking techniques.

I specialize in teaching about appreciation of cuisines from all around the world.

About the lesson

One to one or small group/family cooking classes in your home.

Group classes available for 10 students or more, ages 6+. Message to inquire about group rates.

I can guide you to prepare a meal for your family, do meal prep, specialized cooking to your taste preferences or help you explore new cuisines and cultures through food.

Hourly rate includes a meal for two.

Additional $10 each for more than two servings or people.

Online lessons must have adult supervision if student is 12 and under. Ages 13-18 must have explicit adult permission if cooking unsupervised at home.

All lessons are minimum of 2 hours
