About Natalie

I’m currently a Computer Science major at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) and an Honors student with a 4.0 GPA. My academic experience has given me a strong foundation in programming, problem-solving, algorithms, and the logical thinking that makes computer science easier to understand.

But being a strong student is only part of being a good tutor. I believe great tutoring means being able to break down complicated ideas, explain them clearly, and adapt to the student in front of you.

In my lessons, I take the time to understand where each student is struggling and build from there. Rather than simply giving students the answer, I guide them through the reasoning and problem-solving process so they can develop the skills to solve similar problems independently.

About the lesson

My goal is to make difficult topics easier to understand by breaking them down into clear, manageable steps.

As a UC Irvine Honors Computer Science student with a 4.0 GPA, I understand the challenges students face because I’m actively learning and applying these concepts myself. In my lessons, I focus on understanding the why behind the code, not just memorizing solutions.

Whether you’re just getting started with programming or struggling with more advanced computer science topics, I’ll work with you at your pace and help you become a more confident programmer.
