60-minute personalised yoga sessions focused on improving flexibility, strength, and balance through guided exploration of yoga poses and mindful movement. Sessions may also include pranayama breathing techniques and kriya practices to support relaxation, focus, and overall wellbeing. Each session concludes with a short sound bath for deep relaxation and grounding.

Perfect! Min is an experienced yoga teacher who is able to assess and customise the sessions as needed and timely with her responses. She brings her positive energy and calmness to the sessions and has a step by step way to bring more flexibility to the body and the mind. Highly recommended if you are looking to get regular with your sessions and find balance.

Min gives clear cues, helps to align my poses and corrects my form - these give me confidence to balance my first ever yoga headstand! She has also created a beautiful space that feels calm, safe and conducive to focus. Always looking forward to my next practice session with Min, highly recommended! :)
Highly recommend! The deep stretches provides relief for me my tight muscles. I also like how Min mindfully adjusts my alignment to keep the practice safe. It feels like a small, private session tailored just for you.

Personal Training (1-1)
- 1st trial session: $40 per 60 min
- Usual price: $100 per 60 min
- 3 trial sessions: $210 (U.P $300)- for 1st timer only
- 10 session package: $800 (U.P $1000)
- 20 session package: $1440 (U.P $2000)

Private Group Class (up to 4 pax)
- $100 for 60 min session
- Yoga mats and props are provided for at my home studio located at Blangah Gardens (nearest MRT station: Telok Blangah/Harbourfront station)
