Hi, I'm Kari, a yoga instructor passionate about wellness, the outdoors, and leading a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Yoga has become a perfect blend of my love for movement, mindfulness, and personal growth. I believe in the power of self-reflection, connection, and continuous learning, and I’m dedicated to supporting others on their own journeys toward strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Outside of yoga, you’ll often find me enjoying nature, reading, or connecting with others. I’m determined to help others grow, feel empowered, and connect more deeply with themselves through the transformative practice of yoga.

My sessions are tailored to accommodate all levels, focusing on your personal goals and working at a pace that feels right for you. I combine proper alignment with breath work techniques to help you achieve a deeper connection between your mind, body, and spirit.
Each class lasts between 45-60 minutes, giving you enough time to stretch, strengthen, and release tension in a way that feels both challenging and restorative. Together, we’ll work on improving your flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being while maintaining a mindful approach to each movement.
