- I have been practicing yoga since 2013 and teaching since 2020. I give lectures to Open Yoga University students and write articles for Yoga Magazine. - I have completed more than 1,800 hours of training, passed qualifying exams and continue to improve my qualifications constantly. - But you should feel your yoga teacher, it’s not about numbers, it’s about trust)))

- My goal in teaching Yoga is to help people to find harmony between mind and body.
- I use knowledge in Yoga, anatomy and physiology to make classes safe and as beneficial as possible.
- In my teaching I follow three principles:
non-harm, logic and perfection (no matter how we perform the exercise, we do it perfectly by the very fact of doing it).
