About Gabriel
My background is intentionally atypical. Currently finishing a master's in clinical neuroscience and training toward a coaching certification with a specialization in digital wellness, I have also been a secondary school teacher in Fribourg, a project manager in Paris, and a sound engineer. I have coached students at UNIFR with ADHD. I reached the top 500 worldwide in Overwatch — a competitive video game. Each of these experiences taught me something about performance, discipline, creativity, and human limits.
I personally went through years of academic struggles, from primary school all the way through university. I know what it feels like to silently fall behind, to doubt yourself, to not understand why things just won't "click" — why you don't feel like you belong. That is exactly why I am here.

✦ There are two types of people: those who do, and those who try to do. For a large part of my life, I belonged to the second category. What I learned is that the difference between the two is much smaller than we think — and that it often takes very little to make the leap. ✦
I offer personal coaching rooted in the reality of everyday life. No magic formulas, no grand speeches. An honest approach, grounded in neuroscience and genuine listening, to help you focus, find motivation, and move toward what truly matters to you.

What does a session look like?
Each session lasts approximately 50 to 60 minutes, in person in the Fribourg region or online. We start by checking in on where you are — no protocol, just a real conversation. You then choose what you want to work on that day: a goal that's stuck, a week that went off the rails, a project you can't seem to launch, or simply understanding why you keep procrastinating. We dig into it together using concrete tools drawn from neuroscience and coaching, adapted to what you're going through. At the end, you leave with one or two clear things to do — not a list of good intentions, but real small steps forward.
