About Anelda
Hi, I’m your future trainer, and I’m passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. I believe fitness isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling strong, confident, and healthy in your everyday life. I want to start personal training because I genuinely enjoy motivating others, seeing their progress, and being part of their journey. Everyone starts somewhere, and I’m here to support you, push you, and celebrate your wins along the way. My goal is to create a positive, encouraging space where you can grow, challenge yourself, and achieve results you’re proud of.

Come train with me—I’ll keep you motivated, push you past your limits, and make sure every session is fun but effective. Whether your goal is to get stronger, fitter, or just feel more confident, we’ll get there together.Sessions usually include a warm-up to get your body ready, followed by strength training (like weights or bodyweight exercises), cardio to improve endurance, and sometimes functional movements that help with everyday activities. You’ll also work on things like core strength, flexibility, and overall conditioning. Everything is tailored to your fitness level and goals, and you’ll be guided every step of the way to make sure you’re doing exercises safely and effectively.
