About Maria
I am a movement enthusiast and have actively been pursuing different ways to connect with the body and be able to nourish its functions as a whole, holistic unit.
My overall goal is well-being and longevity, and this is what we can focus on together. What that looks like will differ from person to person.
I teach with empathy and precision — making sure you feel safe, empowered, and challenged at your pace.
Sessions are always adapted to your energy, mood, and physical condition on the day.

Individual Personal Training Focused on Functional Movement, Body Awareness & Sustainable Strength
My approach is holistic and person-centered — I combine elements of classical strength training, Pilates, and mobility work to create tailored sessions that meet your individual goals, lifestyle, and physical needs. Each session focuses on movement quality, body awareness, and long-term development over quick fixes.
A typical session includes:
Check-in & Intention Setting – A brief chat to understand how you're feeling and what you need that day
Warm-Up & Activation – Connecting body, breath and main
Main Training Block – Strength work, core stability, and functional exercises adapted to your level (we could even go outside, do something more freely depending on your intention) Can combine elements of dance, martial arts, yoga.
Cool down – stretching, breathing
