Dear student, my name is Pablo and I have a degree in Physical Education specialized in both High Performance and Physical Activity for health, due to my knowledge of Kinesiology and different post degrees related to well-being and Strength training.
For more than 10 years I have been dedicated exclusively to Personalized Training, based in Vicente López, but forming my team of teachers trained and guided by me in the federal capital and Greater Buenos Aires.
The work modality can be in person, virtual or remotely through my explanatory video platform, being individual or up to 4 people, thus reaching different parts of the world.
The day's session, depending on the classes, lasts 1 hour, 1 hour and 15 minutes.
My methodology is a fusion of Functional Strength Training, Crosstraining, weight lifting and HIIT (high intensity intermittent training). Placing great emphasis on joint mobility, Stretching (elongation) and the adaptation of each exercise to the student's level.
Additionally, my team is specialized in:
*Rehabilitation
*Physical preparation applied to Sports and Dance.
*Physical activity for the 3rd age.
*Running.
