About Ana
Hello! I am Ana and I am a personal trainer and dietician (in case you need nutritional advice, I would also be available). I graduated as a personal trainer and TRX in Ashford (England), where I was able to greatly improve both the theory and the practice of training (10 years experience) as well as the way of transmitting it positively to others.
QUALIFICATION: Superior technician in physical and sports activities in Barcelona + Superior technician in dietetics (Madrid). EXPERIENCE: 10 years.

TRAINING
I offer personal training at home for all people regardless of age, physical condition and special needs. Dynamic and fun sessions. It has:
• Initial physical assessment
• Personalized method

My goal is to get you into a routine, to achieve a change in habits to which we often feel drawn due to the frenetic pace that we have today day and from which, we have to flee (in search of health).
