About Ilias
My name is Ilias Darrazi, and I've been passionate about kickboxing since I was 13. Since then, I've trained daily, whether alone or in a group, on the heavy bag or in the gym, and outdoors, rain or shine. This dedication paid off when I turned professional at 18 and, at 21, became the youngest fighter in the world to sign with Glory Kickboxing, the largest kickboxing organization. Before and after that, I won and defended several titles and am the reigning European Champion with one of Germany's biggest promoters. Since I was 23, I've been offering regular personal training sessions and have received only positive feedback from my clients, who have become very dear to me. I'll guide you to your goals with humor and rigorous training, whether it's weight loss, muscle building, or improving your fitness and mental strength. I have the right solution for every challenge! Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Training bei Ilias Darrazi. Er geht individuell auf meine Bedürfnisse ein und passt die Trainingspläne regelmäßig an. Das Training ist effektiv und macht Spaß – absolut empfehlenswert!
Ich kenne Ilias vom Training und hab von Anfang an gemerkt, dass er genau weiß, was er macht. Er erklärt alles verständlich und passt das Training immer an, sodass man gut mitkommt, aber trotzdem gefordert wird.
Was ich besonders feiere, ist seine Art zu motivieren. Man bleibt einfach dran, ohne dass es sich wie Zwang anfühlt.
Einmal hatte ich echt keinen Bock aufs Training, aber durch ihn hab ich trotzdem durchgezogen und am Ende war es eines meiner besten Workouts. Klare EmpfehlungIch trainiere schon über ein Jahr mit Ilias. Man merkt sofort, dass er nicht nur Trainer, sondern auch leidenschaftlicher Sportler ist. Je nach meiner Tagesverfassung und meinen aktuellen Zielen passt er das Training flexibel an – mal liegt der Fokus auf Technik, mal auf Kondition oder Kraft. Wer Lust hat, sich sportlich wirklich weiterzuentwickeln, ist bei Ilias bestens aufgehoben!
