Perfect! If you like to be pushed to your limits (in healthy degrees), Bryan is the guy. He, as a person, is very welcoming, friendly and open minded, and as a trainer can be as demanding as your body can handle it if you enjoy that - I certainly do. He has a method and sticks to it, with a friendly and genuine smile on his face.
On top of everything, he is very knowledgeable.

If you like to be pushed to your limits (in healthy degrees) Bryan in the guy. As a person he is welcoming, friendly, and open minded (I would pay just to converse with him if I was wealthy), and as a trainer he can be as demanding as you like - I certainly want that. He has a method, a no bs approach, and sticks to it.
Highly recommended.
