About Max
Apart from individual trainings for and with friends, I have not had any great experience in personal training. I have already created 10-15 individual training plans and have completed several training sessions with friends. I am very motivated to help you achieve your goals. You can not expect to get your dream body within 4-5 weeks, but with patience, diligence and discipline you can do it anyway.

My name is Max and I help you with the right training plan and personal training to reach your desired body in the long run. My training is suitable for anyone who wants to build muscle effectively and is willing to work in a disciplined way. After a training session and talking to you, I will create your individual training plan that will help you build muscle in the long term and reach your goal. Tips and tricks, as well as the absolute basics for beginners, I like to give you the right diet, because this is at least as important. I have been training myself for 4 years, 4 times a week in the gym and have a trainers license for the wide sport.
