About Joao Paulo
I've been working with people who want to lose weight and improve their quality of life for over 10 years, and I'm able to identify each person's needs. Using Functional Training methods and applying my knowledge of Biomechanics, Bodybuilding and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, the workouts are 100% individualized according to your tastes and needs.
