About Nathan
My name is Nathan Maarman, I have been in the fitness industry for over 9 years now and spent 7 years teaching in fitness. I have a passion for fitness but also for teaching and learning. I want to make the world a better place to be in. No body negativity, no negative mentality and no illnesses. To help one person is to help many people. The fitness industry is probably the most unique industry you could think of and I am eager to welcome you to the industry.

I personalize in training with methods that are tailored to each individual person's needs and to their bodies. Some methods might seem unconventional but it has been proven to work. I've trained over 20 people and the results has shown in just 2 weeks of training. Doesn't sound possible to many but to me it is.
