Perfect! Reshma has plan for the week and gradually pushes us to achieve goals. She has different workouts for the week which will keep us engaged. We can see progress on strength and fitness levels. She is very punctual. I would recommend Reshma for martial arts, fitness, strength training, weights training, cardio, etc
