About Anaïs
Passionate about the world of fitness and calisthenics. I like to think of myself as a work in constant construction, progress and improvement. What began as a hobby many years ago ended up becoming my passion and today I feel fortunate to be able to contribute to the lives of my clients by helping them achieve their goals and improving their quality of life through the practice of physical exercise. .

Although this will always depend on your goals, my methodology usually includes both weight exercises and calisthenics exercises (pull-ups, push-ups, dips, etc.). Hybrid training will improve your form and physical condition while you will learn to control your body in ways you previously thought impossible. In addition, I can also teach you how to do other calisthenics exercises such as the Handstand, the flag, L-Sit, etc.
- Do you practice Cross Training and want to improve your gymnastics? I am a specialist trainer in this modality. Likewise, I practiced Cross Training in the past and currently train in a box, so I am in direct contact with this sport.
- Complete initial assessment of your current state of health and physical condition and its monitoring. As a specialist in injury prevention and sports rehabilitation, my main objective is to design a training plan that helps you achieve your goals in the most effective and safe way while improving the quality of your movements inside and outside the gym, which that will contribute to a better quality of life. If you have a chronic injury or are coming from injury rehabilitation and want to get back to exercising, I can also help you meet your goals so you can enjoy sports again.

Fue un antes y un después el conocerla. Nunca había tenido entrenador personal ni había seguido una planificación personalizada. La contraté con el fin de poder mejorar mis gimnásticos en Crossfit y ayudarme con mis cervicalgias recurrentes. Lleva 10 meses entrenándome, rehabilitandome y haciendome más fuerte y mejor atleta mesociclo a mesociclo. Los resultados no son únicamente en cuanto rendimiento y mejora exponencial, en comparación a los años que llevaba practicando Crossfit antes de iniciarme con Anaïs. Se han disminuido el riesgo de lesiones, superado algunas de ellas a la par que seguia poniéndome más fuerte y aprendiendo nuevos ejercicios.
Sin duda, ¡en tan solo unas semanas veras los "Gains" con ella!Anaïs ha sido una profe increíble y he mejorado muchísimo mi técnica para ejercicios de calistenia y de crossfit.
