About Isabella
As a child, I grew up with poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle that led me to suffer from obesity and completely neglect my health.
I didn't know what it meant to feel good in my own body, and for years I lived with insecurities and physical limitations that affected both my self-esteem and my quality of life.
One day, I decided I had to change.
It was a difficult process, full of challenges and learning, but also of profound transformations.
I learned to take care of my body, to overcome my limits, and to build a mindset of strength and discipline. That path not only led me to regain my health, but it also pushed me to reach a level I would never have imagined: becoming a competitive athlete.
Today, I want to share my experience and passion with those who are also looking for a change. I know how difficult it can be to start, but I also know how rewarding it is to achieve it.
My goal is to help you discover your potential, guide you through the process and show you that you too can transform your life. Together, we can achieve what seemed impossible!

My learning method is based on personalization, consistency and continuous monitoring. I combine practical classes with close, daily communication to ensure that each person achieves their goals efficiently and safely.
I design training plans adapted to your needs, physical level and specific goals.
I am available every day to answer questions, adjust routines and offer motivational support through digital platforms.
If possible, I do 1-2 in-person sessions per month. These classes are focused on perfecting technique, learning new exercises, and strengthening the connection between coach and student.
What I focus on:
- Teach correct execution of exercises to avoid injuries and maximize results.
- Promote healthy and sustainable habits in the long term.
- Maintain constant communication to accompany you at all times in your progress.
