About Jaume
I have been doing physical sports activities for a long time. I want to create a totally personalized, exclusive way of training, paying attention to detail, only for a few and above all, I want to make them feel at home. I had a run-in with cancer, once I recovered, I decided to make a dream come true.
My Mission:

I am creating a new club, which was born in 2021, although my passion for sport and enthusiasm to offer it come from far away. Exclusivity, attention to detail, I am a personal trainer who wants to make your life easier and take care of you to be able to face difficult moments, that's why we give many options to adapt to you.
I am convinced that together we will overcome the goal marked!
The services I offer are:
1. Personal training: I want you to learn to train, adapting 100% to your physical condition, making it increase your well-being, health, sports performance, and it is a way of life. In this way you can feel great about yourself, improving your relationships and performance in your day to day. We can also prevent possible injuries and if we are injured, adapt to them to continue training.

- Train at home

2. Personal Training Duo: Do you want to train with your partner or friend? We are going to make training fun, joyful, fostering a team in which you help each other, implementing a bit of competition to get the most out of it. We will adapt the exercises, so that they can be executed at the same time, preventing possible injuries and accommodating ourselves to them.

3. Online counseling: Do you have a good base of preparation and do you want to continue progressing with good supervision? Here we are! I am in charge of planning the training + nutritional plan, regarding your objectives, adjusted to 100%. It is vital to have a coach who gets the most out of you.
It is necessary to have a medium level of training technique, that is, to understand the exercises that are going to be carried out in each routine, extracting good performance and avoiding possible injuries muscle and joint. If it is necessary to acquire them, we would start with personal training.
