I'm Kamila a Level 3 personal trainer, I specialise in pre and post natal exercise like also orthopaedic injuries.I'm here to make your journey to a healthier you enjoyable as possible.
I believe in building healthy habits that make fitness a natural part of your life.
I will help you build the plan work on your day to day eating habits like also we will create workouts that you' will actually look forward to – because getting fit should be exciting!
