About Dom
Hi, I’m Dom, a certified personal trainer of 5+ years and online coach, specialising in fat-loss & fitness for busy men who want to lose fat, build muscle and improve confidence.
I focus on sustainable results. No crash diets, no extreme restrictions - just structured training, smart nutrition and accountability, all while enjoying your favourite foods & social life.
Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated: they train inconsistently, aren’t sure how much to eat, and struggle to balance fitness with their social life. I help simplify the process so they can see consistent progress without giving up the things they enjoy.
