Hi..I am introducing Myself as a Personal Strength coach/Personal Trainer/ Nutritionist..For me "Fitness That Fits Into Your Lifestyle" I conducts classes in Strength Training, Cardiovascular Exercises Pilates for women & Diet and Nutrition. I work on Flexibility and mobility as well. I am located in Malad West, Mumbai.

I Teach strength Training, weight loss, fat loss, muscle building, Pilates, cardiovascular Training, balancing Techniques, Mobility, Stability, stretchings. i takes Regular Classes from Morning (4am to 10pm) till night at home classes and Online Classes- via online medium. I have 10+ years of teaching experience . I have completed ACSM CPT from ACSM in 2023
CPR AED, Basic Nutrition and many more certification. I am well versed in Hindi and English.. till now with 100% positive feedback.
