About Kramer (KVO Coaching)
I graduated from the Australian institute of personal training, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in my late teens and have made it my mission to prove to you that no matter your background, you can still achieve your goals!!
This is when KVO Coaching was launched. With the desire to improve lives physically and mentally I want to show you your true potential. You are so unique and your training and lifestyle should reflect that!

I don’t believe there is a one size fits all approach. Every one of you is individual and your blueprint needs to fit you!
I offer both online and face to face coaching in all areas. That includes but is not limited to
- app based individualised programming.
- nutrition guidance.
- habit/lifestyle assessment and change.
- 1:1 individual sessions (online or face to face)
- health appraisals
To put simply I will guide you in all things health and fitness in order to achieve your goal in a safe and healthy manner.
We do this through 1 hour sessions either online or face to face. After an initial introduction period we will spend our time breaking down performance and goals in order to dial in on the best approach for you to achieve your goals. While we do this we will include as much upskilling and learning as possible in order to give you a strong foundation to share with friends and family.
