About Aria
Fitness has helped me so much personally I knew I had to share this gift with others. Everyone has the ability to become their own hero, and to be the writer of their own story. Through strength, discipline and support I have been able to transform my body and my life and I know you can too. As a competitive athlete and personal trainer my goal is to make fitness accessible and approachable for everyone, because everyone deserves to feel fit and capable.

There is a customized program specially tailored and update for you and your specific fitness goals. We will take things at an empowering pace that leaves you feeling confident and challenged. The goals are to have you get back in touch with your body, feel like you've been able to take back control of your life and make a lifestyle change. Everyone can benefit from getting stronger and these are skills you will carry with you for the rest of your life! I have my NASM, PPSC, Barbell Rehabilitation, Landmine University, Kabuki Loaded Movement Certifications. Sessions are hosted at two different locations in Lockport and Westmont, IL. Both locations equipped with a full gym- dumbbells, kettlebells, pulley machine, squat rack, bench press.
