About Ameer
As someone who struggled with being overweight most of my life, I decided that enough was enough and I wanted to make a change for a better, healthier, and fitter me.
As I progressed with my own fitness journey, I made it my mission to help individuals who may be facing similar struggles to get to a better version of themselves and never look back!
I'm certified as a Personal Trainer from NASM and I'm currently also working on my Bodybuilding and Physique specialization. My experience is mainly in body re-composition, weight loss, and gaining lean muscle mass.
