1 warm up
40 to 50 minutes zumba training
1. Light cardio: Start with some light cardio exercises such as jogging in place, jumping jacks, or cycling to get your heart rate up and warm your muscles.
2. Dynamic stretching: Move on to some dynamic stretching exercises such as arm circles, leg swings, and hip rotations to loosen up your muscles and prepare them for the workout.
Start with some basic Zumba moves such as the salsa, merengue, and cumbia to get you moving and grooving.
