About Ander
I’m Ander, a Personal Trainer and Sport & Exercise Science graduate based in Dublin.
My approach is simple: your training should fit your life — not the other way around.
I build personalised training programmes around your goals, experience, available time, equipment and lifestyle. Whether you want to become stronger, build muscle, improve your fitness or simply feel more confident training, you'll always know what you're doing, why you're doing it and how you're progressing.
My coaching is evidence-based, practical and designed to be sustainable long term.
