I am a personal trainer, with studies in sports training, muscle, strength, sports science and training, passionate about adequately guiding the physical and psychological goals of each person I train, knowing that each body and mind are a different being.

My teaching method is to treat in a structured way, where in this way it is easy to get under the evaluations and data obtained from the individual the correct way to stand out and stagger in their training, in this way they will obtain solid bases to build in them the ideal development of the body and mind, each phase is itself a step where progress is made progressively, taking into account that each body is a different call for responses, giving the space that the person adapts to their rhythm and ability to absorb the process that is being carried out.
