About Nathalie
I am a personal trainer for several years, I taught in gyms, associations, companies and individuals, whether indoors, outdoors or at home. I do a lot of personal coaching (one to one) but I also have groups up to 5 people. In collective classrooms, I rather supervises groups about thirty people. Most of the time, request are about weight loss but I also have some about muscle toning, fitness and physical preparation for long distance races.
