About Luca
My name is Luca and I’ve been teaching for 3 years, I am young enough to relate to younger students but have enough teaching experience to be effective. I’ve been playing and doing grades for both bass guitar and guitar for 7 years as well as writing songs and performing for 4 years. I’ve done a music A level and GCSE so have academic as well as real world experience.

In my lessons I customise my lessons to both parents and students. I’ve found that if you lean into a child’s aspirations for an instrument, the parts that the parents want to do come naturally and with joy. With this in mind, my lessons are focused on inspiring and helping the students achieve what they want whilst simultaneously giving them the skills to achieve what the parents may want for them too. I can provide certain instruments for free in, in-person lessons if needed! I also offer support over email over little issues if needed. E.g. questions about how to play specific chords, for free in between lessons!

Luca is skilful and knowledgeable, but more than that he is extremely patient and kind and knows how to motivate / inspire children.
I’m in awe, the passion Mr Luca Troiolo has towards the industry and the entirety of the musical world staggers me. In the first lesson we indulged in learning his own musical creation “Jane” , not only this improving my basic knowledge of guitar, it created an underlying connection I have not yet felt with a teacher in the musical world.
Taught my daughter for 2 years and she adores her music now. Very flexible to what we wanted as parents, definitely would recommend Luca!
Really helped my kid. Was very shy and diddnt like any of the older teachers but was able to relate to luca really well. Solid fella as well as his teaching.
