About Veera
I'm an IT engineer myself usually occupied with my regular office tasks. Off time I enjoy eating my favorite foods or workout to learn something interesting. I'm a student being trained under Nasm Trainers and here to share the same knowledge.
Workouts include, zumba, yoga, cardio, Weights (basis dumbbells required), endurance workouts.
Timings only at:
Sat to Wednesday - 5 Am to 7 Am (IST)
Sat and Sun - 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm (IST)
