About Ashlesh
Used to coach at RapidSportFitness for Calisthenics and Olympic Weightlifting and Cross Training at Namma Cross Training. I have over 10 years of experience in gymnastics, athletics, games (football, hockey, basketball, volleyball, water polo, handball), weightlifting (Snatch & Clean & Jerk with Powerlifting i.e. Squats, Deadlifts and Bench press), swimming, boxing, judo, wrestling.

Ashlesh is a patient coach with an infectious energy. His passion for swimming, and sports in general, is evident in his coaching style and drills. Ideal for those beginning to learn how to swim and proficient swimmers as well.
I've seen, learnt and competed against aashlesh and can vouch for his expertise and deep knowledge. Best of all, he is a good listener and can create schedules or routines that will never bore you. He is extremely patient and straightforward. He won't disappoint you.
I have been coached by Aashlesh on calisthenics and weightlifting for years now. He is extremely intuitive, and has a keen understanding about injuries and how to work around them. Needless to say I have seen tremendous progress. I strongly recommend him as a holistic fitness coach!
