Martial artist for over 20 years! 1st dan black belt in Taekwondo, Boxing coach and MMA athlete with a degree in Jiu jitsu and Muay Thai.
My goal is to share all my knowledge acquired over the years and elevate your lifestyle with regard to physical and mental health, through high-level training and transform you into a true warrior. .
