About Linda
I am a Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher and now a Life & Business Coach. I am also a Trainer and Facilitator. I design and run my own classes. My classes are all on the subject of Self Empowerment and coaching people to be the creators of their own lives. I have studied a lot on the creative process which can be applied to any area of your life. Career, relationships, finances, confidence, health. I run my own coaching practice and I love empowering people.
I have also worked in the area of domestic violence. I designed a programme for survivors of abuse which is a very powerful programme. I teach a lot on communications and conflict resolution.
I also designed a class on the drama triangle and teach people how to move from drama to empowerment in their lives.
