About Sravanti
I am an experienced professional and trainer with over 20 years of professional experience across operations, team management, client management, and training. Over the years, I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds and developed a practical understanding of the skills that influence confidence, communication, professional behavior, and personal effectiveness.
As a trainer, I believe learning should be practical, personalized, and relevant to real life. I take time to understand each learner’s goals and challenges and adapt my approach accordingly. My sessions focus on clear explanations, practical examples, meaningful discussions, and individual feedback rather than simply covering theoretical concepts.
I offer one-to-one online sessions through Zoom, creating a comfortable environment where learners can ask questions, discuss their experiences, and work progressively towards their goals.
My aim is not just to teach concepts, but to help learners understand, apply, and develop skills they can use confidently in real-life situations.

These one-to-one online sessions through Zoom are suitable for college students, young professionals, working adults, and anyone seeking structured personal growth and greater confidence in handling real-life situations. No prior experience is required.
