About Madeline Claire
After graduating from a degree in Music at Magdalene College, University of Cambridge, I have gained a wealth of experience tutoring the following academic subjects: English literature, English Language, Geography, History, Music, ESL (IELTS).
This has included teaching for schools, charities, tuition agencies and secondary education institutions.
My lessons are systematic and structured, with a depth of exploration which can ignite passion for the subject. I do not teach set lessons, but plan them and orientate them according to the needs of the individual student.
I teach the following musical instruments: violin, piano, singing, music theory. I include aural learning in my lessons but also prioritise empowering my students to be able to learn new pieces and practise independently.
