About Shannon
Hello! My name is Shannon, and I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Technology. I enjoy helping people gain confidence with technology and develop practical computer skills they can use every day.
I offer personalized computer tutoring for students of all ages and experience levels. Whether you're setting up a new laptop or desktop computer, learning basic computer skills, using Microsoft Office, managing email, browsing the internet, or improving your understanding of technology, I'm here to help.
I also specialize in helping new computer users configure devices, connect to home networks, install software, and learn essential cybersecurity practices. I can guide students through creating secure passwords, protecting personal information online, recognizing scams, and using technology safely and confidently.
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and tailored to each individual's needs. I break down technical concepts into clear, easy-to-follow steps and encourage questions throughout the learning process. Whether you're a young student, an adult learner, or someone simply looking to become more comfortable with technology, I will work at your pace and focus on your goals.

I believe everyone can learn technology with the right guidance and a patient approach.
