About Jade
Hi there, my name is Jade and I am a final year English student at the University of Bristol. I am a patient and friendly tutor who can teach students of all ages. I have previously tutored numerous students at GCSE, helping students achieve high grades. Having studied my A levels only a few years ago, I am very familiar with the mark schemes and what is expected of students. I hope to create a comfortable and fun environment for those that I tutor whilst adjusting my sessions to focus on areas where they are struggling. In my sessions, we will do close readings, practise essays, language analysis, learning historical context and much more. Ultimately, I hope to give my students more confidence in their studies and help them to achieve the best marks they possibly can! Jade was a tutor for my daughter for GCSE English Literature. She taught her between 2020 and 2021. She was a very good tutor and was patient with my daughter who was struggling with the books she was studying. I was very impressed with her ability to teach and my daughter enjoyed the lessons. Her marks improved dramatically as a result of the tutoring sessions.
