About Kesh
I am Keshiya (you can call me Kesh). I am a 200-hr certified yoga teacher and registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I have been a primary school teacher and an early childhood educator with over eight years of experience working with children. Yoga, breathwork and meditation have always been familiar in my life from my Buddhist background in my home country Sri Lanka.
That is what led me to complete my 200-hour Yoga teacher training in Bali to deepen my knowledge and tap into my purpose. My yoga teacher training in Bali was transformative. The knowledgeable instructors challenged me to grow both physically and spiritually. I left not only as a certified teacher but also with a deeper understanding of myself. And then I decided to travel to Sri Lanka and learn more about yoga and meditation to escalate my knowledge and deliver even better experiences for my students.
