We will explore your yoga practice while creating strength and consistency through specialized individualized sessions.
Jasmine's in-person yoga sessions include:
- a curated sequence tailored to reach your goals
- follow up email with a highlight of topics covered
- all props required to assist with your practice
- music/scents/lighting (if desired)
Private yoga sessions are recommended for everyone, from beginners, to advanced practitioners. Whether you are new to the practice and looking for a foundation to take to a studio class, an experienced student looking to expand and challenge their practice in a new way, or a new yoga teacher that would like guidance with sequencing and playlists.
Work at your own pace, while deepening your connection to yoga by working beyond the physical practice. Our first session will include a consultation with the opportunity to ask any questions that you have as well as a guided practice to suit your intentions.
