About Alexandre
Passionate and attentive, I offer fun sessions for all levels indoors, at home or outside.
Sport is for me not only a passion since childhood but also a vocation. A way to help people by bringing them unfailing well-being and health!
Practicing karate, taekwondo and boxing when I was younger, I turned to endurance sports (trail-running, cycling) afterwards.
I then became interested in bodybuilding by practicing it in several forms (circuit-training, kettlebell, cross-training, weightlifting, etc.).
State graduate with a BPJEPS AGFF which allowed me to acquire many skills in order to optimize and vary the content of the sessions as much as possible.
I lead classes for all levels combining physical preparation and boxing individually or in groups.
The objective is to offer sessions and follow-up that are individualized according to your desires and needs:

My sessions revolve around three main ideas: exchange, fun and surpassing yourself.
Regularity is essential in training whatever your goal is and it's possible if your workouts contain these three ideas!
The sessions are oriented according to your objectives but they usually consist of three parts.
First part:
Warming up with muscular, cardio-respiratory and articular activation work.
Second part:
The body of the session, where the bulk of the work is done!
Third part:
And then a return to calm with stretching and a debriefing of the session.
To create an adaptation of the body and make each session different and fun, I like to vary the methods and the exercises.
