About Laetitia
From my youngest age I grew up in a sporting environment, starting with the practice of horse riding and obtaining a gallop 3. I then turned to the Modern Pentathlon, a discipline grouping 5 sports: Athletics, Pistol shooting, Horse riding, Swimming and Horse riding. Due to my results in competitions, I participated several times in the French championship and in several international competitions in Spain and Portugal over a period of 7 years. A real passion and curiosity for sports of all kinds which made me discover the world of Fitness and a real enthusiasm for this sport. This totally motivated me to take my state diplomas in order to be able to work as a sports coach in sports halls and private lessons. Having good knowledge of nutrition through my training and sports activities, I develop a real interest in the benefits of nutrients on the body. My work philosophy aims to bring you to the achievement of your goals, both athletically and mentally. I make available my skills and knowledge acquired during 6 years of coaching experience and 20 years of various sports practices, in the development of a program intended to improve your physical and mental health which are inseparable from our well- to be. Thanks to this new training methodology based on physical and mental training I will accompany you to learn to use your mental energy in physical exercise while taking care of your health and adapted to your aptitudes and capacities. You will discover simple but above all effective exercises!

PLACES: At home, private gym in an art gallery, outdoors Course of the session 1h: - Warm-up - Session adapted to each one who maybe Cardio, Muscle strengthening, a combination of cardio and muscle strengthening, gym soft, pilates, stretching, aqua fitness. - Stretching - End of session report. All audiences, the sessions are in line with the sports level of the person, sport and fun above all.

Je recommande !Je suis absolument ravi de partager mon expérience avec Laetitia. Depuis que j'ai commencé à travailler avec elle, ma vie et surtout mon corps a changé de façon spectaculaire.
Dès notre première séance, laetitia a pris le temps de comprendre mes objectifs, mes limites et mes préférences. Grâce à son approche personnalisée, chaque séance est parfaitement adaptée à mes besoins, ce qui me permet de progresser rapidement tout en évitant les blessures.
Ce qui différencie vraiment laetitia, c'est son engagement envers ses clients. En dehors des séances, elle reste toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions, me motiver et ajuster mon programme si nécessaire. Son soutien constant m'a aidé à rester concentré et à dépasser mes limites.
En plus de son expertise technique, elle est également un formidable motivateur. Sa passion pour le fitness est contagieuse et chaque séance est un véritable plaisir, même lorsque les exercices sont intenses.
