I am a physics graduate with experience tutoring on a 1-1 basis, I currently work as a supply teacher and teaching assistant delivering and supporting maths and science lessons to secondary school students with a range of abilities and learning styles.

I understand that people learn in different ways and there are different learning barriers for each student. I focus on getting to know my students and understanding their strengths, objectives and learning barriers and tailoring my teaching methods to suit these. I aim to provide a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment with engaging lessons that build on existing knowledge and fill in knowledge gaps as well as building confidence and providing study skills and methods to enable them to learn more effectively. I strive to help each student achieve their highest ability to empower their future and be proud of what they have achieved.
