About Chloe
I am a passionate individual with a deep love for the world of Literature. The thought and intention behind every chosen word and sentence never fail to fascinate me, and I find great meaning in uncovering the ideas that lie beneath the surface of a text. This appreciation for nuance, symbolism, and language is what continues to draw me to the subject.
As an avid writer who dabbles in both poetry and prose, I not only study Literature but also practice it, which allows me to understand how texts are crafted and how writers communicate emotion, theme, and perspective. This experience strengthens my ability to guide students through both the reading and writing aspects of the subject. I believe that Literature is not just about analyzing texts for exams, but about learning how to think critically, express ideas clearly, and connect more deeply with the world around us.

I strive to make Literature lessons both engaging and meaningful, helping students build confidence and a genuine appreciation for the subject. Drawing from my experiences as a Literature student, I understand the challenges and frustrations that learners often face, which allows me to tailor my teaching to each student’s specific needs. I guide students through poetry, prose, and drama with clear explanations and thoughtful discussion, while also helping them improve their essay writing, analysis, and critical thinking skills.
- Attained A2 for Literature in O-Level Examination (graduated 2023)
- Participant in 2022 and 2024 Creative Arts Programme. CAP is organized by the Gifted Education Branch, Ministry of Education (Singapore).
- Participant of the CAP Mentorship Attachment
- Attained 70rp for 2025 Alevel examinations (full score)
