About Lavanya

I’m a 2nd-year BTech student at GJU, Hisar, and I have a strong passion for teaching. I specialize in teaching English Literature to students of Classes 6 to 10, and I focus on helping them understand chapters deeply, improve their writing skills, and build confidence in the subject.

My teaching style is simple, friendly, and interactive, so even students who feel English is difficult start enjoying it over time.

I’ve taught younger students before and received great feedback for my explanation skills and patience. I also provide notes, tips for writing answers, and regular practice tests.

I'm available for home tuition near GJU (Hisar) or online classes through Zoom/Google Meet.

About the lesson

In my classes, I focus on building a strong understanding of English literature through simple explanations, real-life examples, and regular practice.

I break down poems, stories, and chapters in a way that students can easily understand themes, characters, and literary devices. I also guide students on how to write answers properly in exams.

My sessions are interactive and student-friendly, with space for asking doubts, discussions, and revision. I provide short notes, worksheets, and weekly tests to track progress.

Classes can be online or at the student’s home (near GJU, Hisar) depending on availability.

I believe in making literature fun, relatable, and stress-free — even for students who feel weak in English.

I also help students prepare for school exams and improve their writing structure.

I adjust my pace to match the student’s level and comfort.
