My name is Ursula, a qualified English and Literature teacher with over eight years of teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and I am currently completing my Master’s in Literature. I specialize in helping learners improve their communication, comprehension, and writing skills.
My teaching approach is interactive and learner-centered. I use discovery-based methods, hands-on activities, and build on prior knowledge to help students understand concepts deeply. I also incorporate modern tools, including AI-supported strategies, to adapt lessons to each learner’s level and needs.
My lessons typically last one hour and are structured yet flexible. I teach learners aged 13 and above, including lower secondary, upper secondary, and equivalent international levels. I am experienced in KCSE, CBC, and general English, and I support students across all levels.
My aim is to create confident, independent learners who can express themselves clearly and succeed academically.
