About Azka
Hello fellow student! My name is Azka, I've just finished my second year of Oxford! I’ve had over 2 years experience of tutoring online/in-person and I’m loving it so far since I've been in your situation before and I want to help you exceed predicted grades and get you to those top unis.
In terms of my experience, I am a University of Oxford Engineering Science Student and I achieved 5A*s in A Level Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry and EPQ (Artefact of building a medical robot). I have achieved Top Gold in BPhO Round 1 (top 100 students in the UK), Silver in BPhO Round 2, Gold in the UKChO Chemistry Olympiad, Gold in the Y12 Physics Challenge and Gold in the C3L6 Chemistry Challenge. In terms of applying to Oxbridge,
I remember the countless past PAT papers I sat trying to familiarise myself with the content that stretched my A Level knowledge and I want to try and help you so that it becomes a much smoother experience. In terms of my Oxford interview experience, once you view them as interesting conversations with those at the top of the profession where they genuinely just want to see how you think, it becomes a less stressful experience!
So that's why I want to help you articulate your ideas given unfamiliar Maths/Physics/Engineering questions, how to navigate when you're stuck and how to really ace those interviews :) Good luck with your studying and I hope to see you soon!

I offer help with GCSE/A Level subjects such as Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry as well as help making an application to University such as Personal Statement writing, Admissions test preparation (PAT) and Mock interview practice sessions (Oxbridge Engineering).
I am also able to help with BPhO Physics Challenge/Round 1, UKCHO Chemistry Olympiad and C3L6 Chemistry Challenge preparation.
Below is my approach to tutoring and how I teach:
- Discuss with you which areas in the specification are weakest and aim to build a constructive plan for you to gain a firm understanding, maintaining a steady pace and adapting to your learning style.
- I want to help you gain confidence by going through exercises together on a Miro whiteboard and give you homework to complete outside of the tutorial to consolidate the learning.
- My typical length of a lesson would be 1 hour+ but this can be very flexible and completely up to you.
